bd7078161c Bobby - Forest Oak trees added and fixed the messed up poplar prop point that was giving people telephone poles. Moved the old oaks (since we already had an oak.xml) to oak_old.xml

ebf76cf517 Carthaginian update for their structures. Unwrapped, skinned, and textured (complete with player color). No props yet, so they look a little bit plain, but they look better than yellow textures with carthaginian plastered all over them ;)

d202e580b2 Committed some updates for:
* Seems I missed some of the sign xml files when I changed the png to
dds commit
* I changed foundation actors to make it so that they flatten terrain
when you place them - handy for screenshots (place and delete them to
level terrain)
* Uploaded some of the animations I have been working on
* Modified a few of the celtic dudes
* Modified the male meshes because they were holding the shield wrong
* Made a nicer temporary celt texture
* Included the map I used for the "Charge" screenshot
