Balance hellenic champions.
Double the metal cost of elite spartan citizen soldiers, as they have stats near those of champions. Use a more reasonable cost for age 2 champions. Differentiate the armored swordsmen from the other sword champions by actually increasing it's armor. This was SVN commit r18249.
