win_internal: add DataKind (fix for dbghelp.h which left it out)

wdbg: work around several dbghelp flaws (most importantly concerning
address of symbol, which was leading to completely wrong display).
refactored sym_dump_*. also further cleanup + dox.

This was SVN commit r2373.
