3d26549032 Fixed file properties - removed svn:executable and svn:keywords (left over from CVS conversion?) from all files; set svn:eol-style=native for *.cpp, *.h (and fixed files with inconsistent line endings)

f06f0c8240 adts.cpp: remove DynArray, which was an array of pages. (obsoleted by DynArray/Pool allocators) 
adts.h: add Cache (landlord algorithm), move DynHashTbl here from
vfs_tree; expand RingBuf and fix its iterator
allocators: minor tweaks+bugfixes; add SingleAllocator C++ wrapper
config, types: avoid stupid ICC warnings
lib: add round_down, u32_from_u16, SAFE_FREE

3ea5fa5b46 Lots of fixes for the Linux build: 
- renamed sysdep/unix/ functions where necessary
- more int -> LibError conversions in the sysdep/unix/ part
- added some explicit #include statements where necessary
- moved enum LibError/ErrorReaction declarations
  (gcc doesn't support forward enum declarations)

1c1200a049 - massive overhaul of lib error code returning. int -> LibError everywhere. 
- add translators from errno and GetLastError to LibError
- clarified return values of callbacks (they must return
INFO_CB_CONTINUE to continue)
- this exposed a few bugs in error handling chains (returning incorrect
values); also reduced say-nothing instances of return -1.
- move CHECK_ERR etc. macros to lib_error

2790981eae CVSROOT: doesn't seem particularly useful now 
ObjectBase: removed support for old actor format

b657a1cbca Added CStr and some other things to precompiled.h, to reduce build times. 
Altered CStr/UniDoubler's macros, to avoid polluting/conflicting/etc.
Fixed headers in non-PCH builds.
Used the _d version of vorbisfile*.lib in Debug builds.

5b3d4a196c mucking about with base lib headers: 
lib/posix_types.h: wrapper for stdint / sysdep/win/wposix_types.h
included by types.h; replaces posix.h there.
(works around wsock conflicts by not pulling in all posix stuff
everywhere)
