maps/scenarios Created placeholder entities for all civ's units and buildings (other than the last two ranks). There's also a problem with the text on their portraits not appearing (just a plain coloured background), but apparently the existing revision has the same bug, so I guess there's no harm in committing this first before continuing to try to fix it. 2005-01-03 23:27:36 +00:00
