157c6af18e Make the space in 0 A.D. non-breaking throughout the codebase.
Avoid cases of filenames
Update years in terms and other legal(ish) documents
Don't update years in license headers, since change is not meaningful

Will add linter rule in seperate commit

b55b236379 Remember OOS on a per-client basis.
Change the OOS notification logic to remember the OOS-ness of each
client. Reset it on client leave.
The server will thus continue checking for OOS if the OOS-client leaves.
This is convenient to ignore observer OOS, or wait for an OOS player
without restarting the game.

Also add the turn number to the OOS dump, to fix #3348: particularly
following d4c2cf4430 the turn is likely to not be the same between
different clients.

d4c2cf4430 Increase MP Command delay to 4 turns, decrease MP turns to 200ms.
To hide network latency, MP turns send commands not for the next turn
but N turns after that (introduced in c684c211a2).
Further, MP turn length was increased to 500ms compared to 200ms SP
turns (introduced in 6a15b78c98).
Unfortunately, increasing MP turn length has negative consequences:
- makes pathfinding/unit motion much worse & unit behaviour worse in
general.
- makes the game more 'lag-spikey', since computations are done less
often, but thus then can take more time.

This diff essentially reverts 6a15b78c98, instead increasing
COMMAND_DELAY from 2 to 4 in MP. This:
- Reduces the 'inherent command lag' in MP from 1000ms to 800ms
- Increases the lag range at which MP will run smoothtly from 500ms to
600ms
- makes SP and MP turns behave identically again, removing the
hindrances described above.

As a side effect, single-player was not actually using COMMAND_DELAY,
this is now done (can be used to simulate MP command lag).

508da732af Implement NetClient PushGuiMessage using parameter pack and ScriptInterface::CreateObject from D2080 / b4626359f5 to replace remaining Eval function calls.
Specialize ToJSVal<char[n]> to allow passing string literals as
arguments.
Freeze NetClient GUI messages.
Supersede related c-style casts with static casts.
Remove few unneeded conversions.

4919a6185e Remove unused GUIUtil functions, unused GUI includes and some tails in GUIUtil.
HasSetting from 3dfa23cd25 is actually redundant with
IGUIObject::SettingExists.
GetSettingPointer from 8f4f8e240f is superseded by GetSetting reference
following 3dfa23cd25 and 040624acff.
Deregister copying SetSetting variants for CStr and CStrW following copy
removal in 040624acff.
The default template <typename T=int> from c2a71e41bf can be removed
following FallBackSprite/FallBackColor removal in 9985fcf5bd and
RecurseObject unification in d4d5187c9d.
Delete all unused GUI includes, refs D1478.
Remove GUIUtil friend class following something.

43730f15f3 Fix network FSM errors when a client closes the game during the loading screen or rejoin synchronization stage, fixes #4594, refs 3199.
Fix comments claiming to ensure reliability when in reality there is
only a small likelihood of the message being received.

Broken by fa85527baf / refs #2420 which was a preparation for a3e1c68b9a
/ refs #2373, which hence didn't actually work and was circumvented by
9b136a45fc without clarification.
Might have caused #3643.

4fbe399e07 Save oos_dump.dat too when saving oos_dump.txt.
Saves time to reproduce the binary simstate or provides data that may be
otherwise irreproducible, refs #5162.

e7ab22286e Fix the replay menu for people with non-latin characters in their username.
Use OsPath instead of CStr and CStrW where possible,
wstring_from_utf8(OsPath.string8()) to pass printable strings to the
JSAPI,
OsString when opening a filestream and
off_t instead of int for filesizes.

37da3b008a Translate the Out-Of-Sync error message and send it to the JS GUI for convenience and future extension.

4f01db4831 Split TurnManager classes into individual files per class. Patch by echotangoecho, fixes #4095.
Remove the "Net" prefix from the non-networked classes.
Use variadic macros and mark the client turnmanager as NONCOPYABLE.
