Athens update:
Spearmen may promote to champions with 200 xp
Adds two unique technologies: pheidian workshop: temples and wonders -50% stone cost. Ostracisim, heros -40% hp, CS units +5% hp
Adds a unique p2 hero: hippocrates. Hippocrates aura is a 0.5 healing aura and increases the healing rate of healers nearby.
