historic_bruno	14f1917a34	NOTE: Requires update-workspaces! ... Adds build script for OS X dependencies, fixes #1112. OS X builds no longer use MacPorts/Homebrew, check BuildInstructions. Adds build script for OS X bundles. Adds OS X icon and DMG background image. Moves bundled libraries to libraries/source.
