9f055eddb0 Shadow rendering can use depth textures, as a preparation for
self-shadowing and shadows on models in general.
Usage of depth textures can be toggled using
?renderer.useDepthTexture = true/false in the JavaScript console.

f953258a9d Fix Linux build, don't EVER #include <windows.h> again!
Removed some apparently unnecessary #includes
Merged multiple M_PI definitions into maths/MathUtil.h

aef0a42780 This is the new particle engine. It's in and it compiles, but it's not implemented fully yet. Will get to that soon.
