Moved 3 special Roman units from Internal to Public (hopefully this will quell the calls for more Roman material for a while). Made 2 new Super Unit templates for ease of balancing (more of these later, and more on this later).

testing making new, better looking pine trees. added a new "farmland" terrain texture. added the FIF tree as a fruit bearing tree. Added a jagged stone mine quarry for the Gold Rush map.
