369c2e8801 Further header & precompiled cleanup, fix no-PCH builds.
GUIObjectBase is made a IGUIObject* to avoid including those headers
un-necessarily. Subsequent diffs ought to clean up the various of
pointers for that with a similar type with reference semantics.

Also:
- Add standard C and C++ headers (mostly cstring for memcpy, string and
vector) where needed.
- Swap out some includes for forward declarations
- Clean up un-necessary boost includes in precompiled and other headers.
- Clean up precompiled headers, including fewer things.
- Move ACPI to the windows-specific folder as it's included there only
and mostly specific to that platform.

Thanks Stan for the testing.

88bc973530 Delete useless JS::Value forward declaration.
ProfileViewer.h forward-declares JS::Value but doesn't use it. Starting
in SM68, JS::Value is a union, and this breaks at compilation.

2af94c5898 Remove disabled remains of the performance data (= profiler data + text input) upload feature from the UserReporter from 0da7e822ff.
User-submitted text upload was removed in 2779512c6e in preference of
the bugtracker.
Remove leftover mainmenu.js function that this commit should have
removed.

Profiler data upload was disabled in b9e46f386b because the data amount
was too large and because the two timing snapshots are inconclusive
without further data.
The hereby removed exposed JS functions could have been exploited by JS
mods to upload 0ad userdata to arbitrary places.

The performance data upload feature can be redesigned, implemented
without JS exposure, with a more transparent privacy policy (refs
#5257).

c02a7e1a7b SpiderMonkey 31 upgrade
This upgrade also introduces exact stack rooting (see to the wiki:
JSRootingGuide) and fixes problems with moving GC. This allows us to
enable generational garbage collection (GGC).
Measurements a few months ago have shown a performance improvement of a
non-visual replay of around 13.5%. This probably varies quite a bit, but
it should be somewhere between 5-20%. Memory usage has also been
improved. Check the forum thread for details.

Thanks to everyone from the team who helped with this directly or
indirectly (review, finding and fixing issues, the required C++11
upgrade, the new autobuilder etc.)! Also thanks to the SpiderMonkey
developers who helped on the #jsapi channel or elsewhere!

c0ed950657 had to remove uint and ulong from lib/types.h due to conflict with other library.
this snowballed into a massive search+destroy of the hodgepodge of
mostly equivalent types we had in use (int, uint, unsigned, unsigned
int, i32, u32, ulong, uintN).

it is more efficient to use 64-bit types in 64-bit mode, so the
preferred default is size_t (for anything remotely resembling a size or
index). tile coordinates are ssize_t to allow more efficient conversion
to/from floating point. flags are int because we almost never need more
than 15 distinct bits, bit test/set is not slower and int is fastest to
type. finally, some data that is pretty much directly passed to OpenGL
is now typed accordingly.

after several hours, the code now requires fewer casts and less
guesswork.

other changes:
- unit and player IDs now have an "invalid id" constant in the
respective class to avoid casting and -1
- fix some endian/64-bit bugs in the map (un)packing. added a
convenience function to write/read a size_t.
- ia32: change CPUID interface to allow passing in ecx (required for
cache topology detection, which I need at work). remove some unneeded
functions from asm, replace with intrinsics where possible.

2fac02f40a # Actor Viewer tool: added controls to toggle shadows, ground and polygon counts.
Elsewhere:
Disabled stack-trace test because it gives me assertion failures.
Fixed some uses of snprintf (which doesn't always add a \0 to the end of
the string), then got bored so there are still lots of broken ones.
Probably should replace snprintf with something more like snprintf_s
(but non-fatal) or something.
Made CLogger output valid HTML (except for the potentially dodgy
doctype). Removed its memory-logger, since we never use it and MICROLOG
can be used instead for quick execution-tracing.
Added tests to make sure CLogger handles long strings properly (which it
didn't). Made CLogger not a singleton, so it can be tested sensibly.

- Ported lockless code to gcc inline assembly
- A few new net messages (gather, attack, add waypoint)
- Support for new messages in network->entity order converter
- Implemented rudimentary JS interface for Interaction
- issueCommand JS API, connected to the network
- Removed Interaction stuff now replaced by JS
- And something in there should probably break VS builds :P
