Moved 3 special Roman units from Internal to Public (hopefully this will quell the calls for more Roman material for a while). Made 2 new Super Unit templates for ease of balancing (more of these later, and more on this later).

Added the Spartan phalangite editor unit for Alpha II. Renamed the Greek temple from "Anaktoron" to "Naos" on the advice of a Greek scholar friend.
